Folios 217-218: Edward Hawker, HMS Bellerophon, Spithead. The man named Thomas Boyle marked as Run on the books of HMS Barbara in May 1809 in consequence of being left behind at Bermuda from whence he went on board HMS Hussar to join his proper vessel and no application being afterwards made to take the R off. He requests direction be given to enable him to receive his pay. [Folio 218] Details of Thomas Boyle's service from 4 May 1809 to 31 December 1813.
