Folios 178-179: Henry Higman, HMS Brisk, Milford Haven. Reports his arrival here yesterday evening as per his orders, to gain intelligence and have to acknowledge the receipt of two letters which he found here directed to the Senior Officer of His Majesty's Ships at Milford. One from their Lordships enclosing a Copy of Captain Sir William Parkers letter containing intelligence of two Armed American Brigs and the other from Vice Admiral [William] Domett of the same purpost [purpose?], Copy enclosed at the Office of the Naval Officer for the information of HMS Avon or any of His Majesty's Ships.
