Folios 159-160: Edward Hawker, HMS Bellerophon, Portsmouth. States having directed the Master of HMS Bellerophon to report to him on the Compasses and Binnacles upon Sir Home [Riggs] Popham's plan. He encloses the Masters report and he agrees with it.
Folios 161-162: enclosures with folios 159-160. Henry William Cleverty - Master, HMS Bellerophon. Report on the Compasses and Binnacles supplied by Sir Home [Riggs] Popham in April 1813 from Portsmouth Dock Yard.
