Acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 14 February acquainting him , in answer to his renewed application to be allowed further remuneration for the accommodation of Governor [Hugh] Elliot and Suite on board HMS Marlborough and he restates that the party was on board 12 weeks instead of the usual 6 weeks.
