Folios 85-86: Robert Honyman [Honeyman], HMS Marlborough, Portsmouth Harbour. Reply to letter dated 10 February 1814, acquainting him (in answer to his application of the preceding day) that the Admiralty has recommended to the Treasury to allow three hundred pounds for the accommodation of Governor [Hugh] Elliot and Suite, which sum they consider sufficient. He reports that his actual expanses amounted to four hundred and fifty pounds, he requests the additional sum be allowed.
