Folios 267-268: Robert Hall, Chatham.
He is concerned that an order from the Board of Ordnance to inspect all Russian ships in the Medway arose from a letter he wrote though, having reread his letter, he cannot see why it would. He worries that if all ships are to be inspected it would cause delay. He was just writing about a total of 4 ships.
