Folios 209-210: Edward Hawker, HMS Bellerophon, Portsmouth Harbour. Encloses a list of men who have refused to work as they are American citizens and wish to be sent to prison. He has confined them until he receives their Lordships orders. He has been informed by Captain Brine that he has already comminicated with their Lordships about these men and has informed the men of their Lordships response. He does believe the men to be Americans.
