Folios 197-198: Robert Honeyman, HMS Sceptre in Torbay. He Forwards a letter from Captain Wales of HMS Epervier about three men who have given themselves up as deserters from Army Regiments.
Folios 199-200: enclosure with folios 197-198. Letter dated 16 March 1813 by Richard Wales, HMS Epervier, Torbay. Reports that the following have given them selves up: John Lee deserted from 12th Dragoons, William Corbett deserted from 21 Regiment of Foot and Edward Riley from 26 Regiment of Foot.
