Folios 189-190: Robert Honeyman, HMS Sceptre, Torbay. Encloses a report on Lieutenant Snelgrove of the Royal Marines and asks for him to be replaced.
Folios 191-192: enclosure with folios 189-190. Findings of a [medical] survey of Lieutenant Snelgrove. The commanders of HM Ships Rifleman, Epevier and Forrester with their ship's surgeons have examined Lieutenant Snelgove who has a constriction of the urethra and needs hospital treatment.
