Description

Folios 186-187: Robert Honeyman, HMS Sceptre in Torbay. Reports that he has put the convoy into Torbay because of bad weather . Encloses his log of proceedings since 12 March and a list of vessels he has instructed since his last report to Sir Richard Bickerton.

Folio 188: enclosure with folios 186-187. Log of proceedings of HMS Sceptre, 12 March - 14 March 1813.
