When HMS Egeria was paid off early and the company disbanded Messers Hill and Brown of Leith were left unpaid for goods the crew received. One is a tailor, the other a shoemaker who have been left with these debts. He has heard this money could be stopped from the Prize money due to them and asks their Lordships to authorise this.
