Description

Folios 131-132: Edmund Heywood, HMS Ethalion at Spithead. States that Carl M. Werling , Marine enlisted in Bristol on 24 December 1798 and received His Majesty's Bounty.

Folios 133-134: enclosure with folios 131-132. Letter dated 12 February 1813 by E [?] Foreign Office. The Swedish Consul has been to see him about Charles Werling and he wishes to know why the man is being detained in the Navy.
