Folios 119-120: John Hancock, HMS Nymphen, Downs.
Reports that William Brown was lent to assist navigating a small lugger which ws leaking to Yarmouth. This was 16 August 1812. He has not returned and has been declared Run. The Master of the vessel promised to put him aboard a Flag ship as soon as his vessel was safe.
