Folios 424-425: Robert Hockings, 41 Norfolk Street. He report of his arrival in England on 25 December 1812 in HMS Ringdove, having been invalided on 9 October 1812 from HMS Dominica as per the enclosed Orders and Report of Survey and he requests to be placed on the Half Pay list.
Folio 426: enclosure with folios 424-425. Report on Captain Robert Hockings of HMS Dominica, dated 9 October 1812. Signed by:- Francis Augustus Collier HMS Dragon & Robert Giles HMS Scorpion.
Folio 427: enclosure with folios 424-425. Rear Admiral Sir Francis Laforey Bart., HMS Dragon, [Isle des] Saintes. To the Captains of HMS Dragon and HMS Scorpion. Dated 9 October 1812. Orders to for a survey of Captain Robert Hockings of HMS Dominica.
