Description

Folios 170-171: William Hanwell, Monks House near Buckingham. Reply to letter dated 2 September 1812he states that the omission of not turning over to Captain [Robert] Barrie his successor in Command of HMS Grampus was by mistake of the Clerk who had packed Volume No 365 of Statutes relating to Naval Affairs with his other books.
