Folios 210-211: George Wastell Hooper, HMS Raleigh, Island of Anholt. John Grindred, appointed Acting Lieutenant by Rear Admiral Sir Thomas Williams, was of great assistance in endeavouring to save people belonging to HMS Fly which floundered on the Knoben on 28 and 29 February. Asks for him to be formally appointed to his ship.
