Folios 183-184: Richard Hawkins, HMS Minerva. Advises that Captain Ferris, HMS Diana, has asked to have his brother, Lieutenant Abel Hawkins appointed as First Lieutenant. Advises that he served as First Lieutenant of HMS Hydra but has been on half pay for 12 months since the ship was paid off.
