Folios 180-181: George Harris, Bellemonte Lodge. Refers to Mr. Barrow's letter dated 3 February and states that he has applied to Mr. Kite for his travelling expenses when Captain of HMS Sir Francis Drake. Encloses a statement and asks for reimbursement.
Folio 182: enclosed with folios 180-181. Statement by Captain George Harris, late Captain of HMS Sir Francis Drake of expenses incurred in delivering dispatches of Rear Admiral Robert Stopford. Includes the hire of a pilot vessel from HMS Phoebe, hire of horses for trip to Penzance and Post Chaise and four horses from Penzance to the Admiralty's Office.
