Folios 176-177: George Frere, Lincolns Inn. On behalf of Captain John Hatley, asks that Commissioner Lobb, Sheerness, be requested to forward to Portsmouth the chart of the River St. Lawrence mentioned in Captain Hatley's letter dated 16 February to the Admiralty, so that it can be produced at his Court Martial. Notes that the Commissioner at Chatham in his letter to the Admiralty dated 18 February states he had forwarded this to Commissioner Lobb.
