With respect to Captain John Hatley's Court Martial due at Portsmouth, asks for a copy of the Admiralty's instructions dated 9 August 1811 and the letter from Mr. Inglis to the Admiralty or if not, asks for permission for Captain Hatley to exhibit the original instructions which he received.
