Asks for the log books of HMS La Seine for 1811 and 1812, the list of vessels which received convoy instructions at the [Brand?] Ports, the Convoy signal book delivered to Rear Admiral Sir Thomas William's office, Sheerness and the chart of the St. Lawrence River which is in the Commissioners Office at Chatham. Asks for these to be sent to him in Portsmouth.
