Folios 472-473: John Hatley, HMS Raisonable, [Downs]. Reports his arrival with the East India Convoy having left St Helena on 1 May 1810 with HMS Inconstant, HMS Charwell & HMS Caledon [HMS Caledonia], who parted for Portsmouth this morning. He informs that Thomas O'Hara is on board, a prisoner confines on a charge of being concerned in the Murder of the Commanding Officer of the Prise Brig L'Cyile[?]. He further reports that Robert Brain late Carpenter of HMS Sirius was a passenger in the Cyile[?] at the time of the mutiny and he is ordered to England as a witness. He informs that he has on board six Dutch Officers, Prisoners of War from the Cape of Good Hope and he request orders [what to do with them].
