Folios 416-417: Henry Heathcote, HMS Lion, Spithead. Reply to letter dated 14 June 181. He advises that the Chronometer mentioned to have been supplied to HMS Lion on 15 February 1808 was supplied from HMS Lion to HMS Diomede as per Order of Captain Robert Campbell of HMS Nassau at St Helena.
Folios 418-419: enclosure with folios 416-417. [Note] T Hurd, Hydrographic Office. 18 June 1810. No notice whatever of this change of Chronometer from HMS Lion to HMS Diomede is noted in the Book made over to him from the Navy Board. Captain [Henry] Heathcote does not mention either the name of the Captain of HMS Diomede at the time or the date of the period at which it happens so that he is at a loss how or to whom it should be charged as no receipt appears
