Folios 203-204: Edmund Heywood, Southampton. He has received a letter form a relative of Henry Watson of Dundee stating that the said Watson has been impressed (whilst Master of a Trading Vessel) on the supposition that he was a Deserter from the Navy and from under his command and requesting his release. He states he Paid Off HMS Harpy in 1805 at Portsmouth, he was his personal Servant and discharged by order of Admiral Montagu in compliance with his request. When he joined HMS Rosario shortly after he continued with him and when he was promoted after a few weeks, he left her in like manner with himself not being hopes of immediate employment, he was left to provide for himself. He is now on HMS Ceres at the Nore.
