Folios 203-204: Joshua Sydney Horton, Liverpool Regulating Captain. Reply to letter August 12 regarding Mr Linsey, Surgeon’s charges to attend Lieutenant Baly’s gang. He could not obtain his accounts before as he was in Scotland. Impressed James Burrows late Midshipman in Impress Service and has him onboard HMS Princess according to letter 8 September to obtain evidence against Lieutenant Peake for letting Edward Wilson escape through bribery.
