Folios 199-200: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Reports on the impressment of six men, Dennis Ferrol, Thomas Downs, Thomas Wilson, John Callenan, William Fell and James Muir. Gives descriptions of the men along with details of their impressment.

Folios 201-202: Enclosed with folio 199. Letter dated 10 July 1809 from John Dench, Liverpool to the Admiralty. Applies for the release of his indentured apprentice Dennis Ferrol, taken from the John and William of Teignmouth.
Folio 202: Cover for folio 201.
Folio 203: Enclosed with folio 199. Letter dated 11 July 1809 from William Fell, HMS Princess, Liverpool, to the Admiralty. Petitions to be released, having an aged mother and six children to support.
Folio 204: Cover for folio 203.
Folio 205: Enclosed with folio 199. Letter dated 10 July 1809 from James Muir, HMS Princess, Liverpool to the Admiralty. Asks for his discharge, being a poor man and having a wife and three children to support in Glasgow.
