Folios 170-171: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Reports inconvenience in sending men from his rendezvous on board HMS Princess at her present anchorage at Tranmore. Has consulted Commander Edward Kilwick on the necessity of her being moved to her usual station off the town, which will require the Admiralty's involvement to do. This would afford protection to the press gangs in case of future riots.
