Folios 386-387: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Responding to the letter of 15 March. Thomas Boardman, born in Lancaster, was pressed by Lieutenant Evans on 31 January. He said he came from the West Indies on the Polly and acknowledged he had been at sea for 12 years.
