Folios 90-91: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Apologises for reporting yesterday the number of supernumeraries on board HMS Princess. It appears there are only 210 remaining, HMS Betsey Caines having sailed yesterday for Plymouth with a complement of 89. He stresses however the need for a Man of War to assist in conveying the men to Plymouth for the reasons previously outlined. Requests 10 days leave for Lieutenant Evans, to arrange some urgent affairs.
