Folios 83-84: Joshua Sydney Horton, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Due to the delays caused by measles the number of supernumeraries has risen to nearly 300. Requests an order for a Man of War to assist in conveying them to Plymouth before the West Indies convoys arrive, as he fears that the tenders under his orders will not be able to reduce the number after the arrival of the convoys.
