Folios 183-184: Sydney Horton, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. William Williams was impressed by Lieutenant Baly after 10 pm. He belongs to the Constitution and has been at sea for five years.
Folios 1855-186: enclosure with folios 183-184. Letter dated 14 December 1808 by John Gibbons, No 5 Nova Scotia, Liverpool. William Williams is aboard HMS Princess and he asks if he could be released if substitutes are found.
