Lieutenant Sir John Charles Richardson Bart belonging to HMS Cormorant being now in Haslar Hospital and from the opinion of Mr Fance [George Vance] Surgeon of the Hospital, it will impossible to cure him in a short time. Request another Lieutenant be appointed.
