Folios 594-595: William Hughes, HMS Cormorant, Spithead. Reports arriving here today having sailed from Port Praya [Port Praia] (Isle St Yago) on 21 January 1807 with dispatched from Rear Admiral Murray. He yesterday, without deviating from his course, recaptured the Brig Hope from Medeira bound to Pool which was captured that morning off the [isle of?] Wight by the Revenge Lugger Privateer.
