Folios 186-187. William Hargood, HMS Belleisle, the Hamoaze. Reports that Carpenter John Hicks has served in that post for 26 years, ten of them in the Belleisle, recommends he now be posted to a ship under construction or one being put back in commission. Recommends William Higgs, currently Carpenter of HMS Penelope, to replace Mr Hicks.
