Folios 606-607: Michael Halliday, Commander of the Sea Fencibles, Penzance. He has sent a list of Men discharged from the Sea Fencibles to Captain Luke for the information of Rear Admiral Berkeley, a copy of which he encloses. Most are liable to be impressed but are protected by various volunteer corps, from which he is not justified in taking Men. The nearest press gang is Penzance. The Men are on permanent duty at Penzance until 26 June.
Folio 608: enclosure with folios 606-607 dated 17 June 1805. Signed Michael Halliday. List of 36 Men discharged from the Sea Fencibles and enrolled in various battalions of the Mounts Bay volunteer corps.
