Folios 584-585: Lawrence William Halsted, HMS Namur, the Nore. He asks that it is taken into account that HMS Namur carries 90 gunship masts, yards and sails which a small crew will have difficulty handling. He asks for the same complement as other ships of her class, namely HMS Blenheim and HMS Atlas.
