He asks for the discharge of the following Petty Officers from HMS Monmouth to his ship, namely Thomas Doorne, Master's Mate; Mr Garnham, James Davies, Samuel Hill, James Phipps, all Midshipmen; P.Mott, 1st Class. He asks for 6 Signalmen to be discharged from HMS Monmouth to HMS Majestic whose names were given to Rear Admiral Rowley, and who previously served under Rear Admiral Russell's flag on HMS Monmouth.
