Folios 258-259: William Johnstone Hope, HMS Atlas, off the Texel. He gives the names of 7 men he has discharged on the orders of Rear Admiral Rowley and encloses papers relating to their cases.
Folio 260-266: enclosed with folios 258-259. William Johnstone Hope, HMS Atlas. He confirms that Jacob Doran, Boye Sigerstrom, Bastian Engleheart, Joseph Scip, John Adam Peter, Oli Olson and Thomas Hall are the men named for discharge.
Folios 267-268: enclosed with folios 258-259. William Fatham, HMS Monkey, Harwich. He confirms that Thomas Hall was impressed at Harwich and sent to HMS Zealand at the Nore.
