Folios 71-73: enclosed with folios 69-70. Orders dated 17 July 1804 by Sir John Duckworth, Rear Admiral of the Red, Port Royal, Jamaica. Orders issued to Charles Herbert, HMS Uranie, regarding his convoying of the merchant fleet to England.
