Folios 67-68: Charles Herbert, HMS Uranie, Plymouth. He reports his arrival from Port Royal, Jamaica. He gives an account of his voyage with the convoy during which he had to destroy the Bess of Dublin which too leaky. HMS Hound took one of the French privateers that was preying on merchant vessels off the American coast.
