Folios 13-14: Richard Hawkins, HMS Dictator, off Harwich. He reports that Mark Hill had previously received a leg injury which makes him unfit to serve in the navy.
Folios 15-16: enclosed with folios 13-14. Letter dated 28 July 1804 by R. Irons, Surgeon, North Shields. He says that in his opinion Mark Hill is unfit to serve in the navy.
