Folios 302-303: Robert Honeyman, HMS Leda off Boulogne.
Refers to a letter dated 21 March 1803 concerning George Dixon, a seaman who had been tried by court martial and left on board HMS Neptune at Spithead to receive the remainder of his punishment. He was informed that Dixon should rejoin HMS Leda but has not yet appeared he feels he must either list him as lent to HMS Neptune or discharge him from the books.
He reports also the seven men from HMS Leda were sent in a boat with a flag of truce to the Dutch commanding officer at [?Helvock] on 26 Juily1802. There seems no possibility of their imminent return and he asks to be permitted to discharge them onto the supernumerary list.
