Folio 301: Robert Honeyman, HMS Leda, off Boulogne.
Responding to a letter dated 5 October 1803 he reports that the boatswain's mate Daniel Madden states that after the American war he served on HMS Hero, HMS Impregnable, HMS Speedwell, HMS Penelope and HMS [?Sphinx]. During the late war he was a petty officer on board HMS Speedy, HMS Imperieuse, HMS Cumberland and a further six named ships beford entering HMS Leda in November 1802. He highly recommends Madden.
