Folios 221-222: Philip Hue, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Among 179 newly raised men and 40 boys to be taken to Plymouth on HM Fired Tender Yatch Brittania and Expedition Cutter Tender, which are waiting for a fair wind, are John Spinney and David Francis. They are described, and it is noted the first does not fit the description of the American Protection as one sent on board HMS Eurydice.
