Folios 203-204: Philip Hue, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Supporting the wish of Lieutenant David Barron who has petitioned to be appointed to a cruising ship. As a young man, Philip Hue believes him to be more suited to such a post than the Actaeon.
Folios 205-206: enclosure with folios 203-204. Petition dated 5 February 1801 from David Barron requesting to be appointed to a cruising ship as he has a family to provide for.
