Folios 193-194: Philip Hue, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Giving information about two men. James Carr has been stated by Mr Kirkpatrick to have been for a long time in prison in Guadaloupe, is an Ordinary Seaman, at present an invalid but will soon be recovered. Thomas Jones will be discharged as soon as an Able Seaman is found to serve in his place.
