Folios 654-655: Joshua Sidney Horton, HMS Fairy, off the Seven Islands. Writing to Phillipe D'Auvergne, Prince of Bouillon and Senior Officer in Jersey, reporting on the action involving Fairy and HMS Harpy, after they discovered a large frigate to which they gave chase until within pistol-shot, later joined by a squadron of English frigates, HMS La Loire,[ Danae] and Railleur, resulting in the capture of one of the enemy's cutters; and giving names of men killed and wounded.
