Enclosing a journal of proceedings of the Bomb Vessel Tartarus since leaving Helder (not present) together with a list of the vessels in the convoy (not present) and a list of the defects on HMS Tartarus (present) requesting that direction be given to refit the leaky decks and provide a new gang of rigging.
Folio 286: enclosure with folios 284-285. Report of the defects of HMS Tartarus, dated January 1800.
