Folios 76-77: Michael Halliday, HMS Leander, Longreach. Regarding the eight Russian seamen referred to in his letter of May 18, he confirms that he found them in distress having returned from prison in Spain and supplied them with clothing but acknowledges the instuctions to discharge them on his arrival at Woolwich.
