Folios 61-62: Michael Halliday, HMS Leander, Gibralter. Regarding his arrival at Gibralter for Leander's refit and the refusal of the Commissioner to take the ship for want of the necessary means, resulting in his total inactivity ever since; but now in receipt of Lord Kieth's orders he is preparing to sail to England with the convoy expected any day from Minorca; also informing of the arrival of HMS Cormorant from Lisbon, sailing on to Malta.
